2006 NGA Southern States Pro Invitational - 3rd Place (Won Best Poser Award)
Description On September 25, 2004, LaDarren Tyler won the 6th Annual NOPI Nationals World Bodybuilding Championship and the 3rd Pro-Am World Cup Championship held in Atlanta, Georgia. The drug free competition featured 65 of the top bodybuilders in the area. Promoter Carlos Jordan put together a spectacular show, with cash payouts of $13,000 to the top athletes.
Tyler competed at 5’8”and 175 pounds. He comes in at 203 pounds off-season. The win established Tyler as one of the rising Natural PRO’s in the NGA.
It didn’t take long for the 1500 in attendance to realize that LaDarren was the top athlete on stage, and would be the next up and coming Pro. He proved to be a great competitor and showed improved muscle mass, and a harder, more defined body. Tyler was the best on stage, hands down, he posed with precision, and his phenomenal routine brought the crowd to their feet.
His hometown is Shreveport, Louisiana but he now resides in Atlanta, Georgia. |
